If you want to care better for your body and health and do things differently, but you also have evidence from the past that you won’t succeed, stick to a program, or it’s not doable for your current life situation, this is for you. Because you might fail or have failed before, it doesn't mean you shouldn't try again and again. To me, trying is not failing. You practice getting better at something. The more you practice, the easier it gets.
