Junk food- yes or no?

Recently for my school work I researched about junk food.

I found some interesting facts that I wanted to share with you!

Here let’s start! Remember that “ apples keep the doctor away!”

Proponents of junk food say that eating Junk food is okay.

My opinion is, to eat unhealthy food barley. Not more than twice a month.

Fruits and vegetables can be more expensive even though it is the best food to eat. I love to eat tons of Fruits and veggies every day.

Junk food can make yourself tired in a unhealthy way. Bad fats in Junk food can replace the healthy fats in the brain. This can slow down a person’s ability to learn. Experts say, better nutrition can lead to better students. Since I want to be a good student, I choose mostly healthy food.



Conclusion:

When you read this article think about what you should eat. Junk food is not good for you. I recommend that you eat no more junk food than twice a month. Stay fit and healthy!!
