Snacks: Healthy, home-made and plastic wrapper free!


Lenya shares her favorite snacks. The snacks are healthy, whole foods. They are not packaged in wrappers which would land in the trash bin.

And do you like our self-made Bar with two ingredients only? We will show you the steps!


Snack ideas:

· Fruits cut in slices:

Apples, melons, bananas and peaches. Those are some of my favorite fruits!

· Cashews Dates Bar: We made our own Bars!

Ingredients:

1. Cashews (raw and unsalted),



2. Dates (pitted),



3. Coconut flakes (optional)


Steps:

First, put everything in the kitchen blender (same amount of dates and cashews and a handful coconut flakes).



After that, mix it until it looks like the photo:


Next, put it on a flat sheet and flatten it with the rolling pin.



Then, put it in the refrigerator for two hours.


At the end, cut the bars in small pieces.


Finally, eat it!!
