Find in this blog post easy to do healthy snacks, appetizer and side dishes!
We somehow feel disciplined throughout the day with the food choices we make. But sooner or later the craving for something salty or sweet comes no matter what! Is that true for you, too? We are not alone and there is nothing wrong with us!
Here some ways how to handle it: Before the food cravings start, DRINK WATER! 3-5 glasses in a row is great. Your body gets hydrated and that's the most important thing!!
I recommend to eat more fruits (if you crave sweets) or veggies (if you crave salt) earlier in the day. It’s possible that we didn’t eat enough from them throughout the day.
Healthy snack or appetizer are a great option and way better than binge eating on unhealthy but easy available food. The options below are simple and yet very nourishing for your body. You’ll be provided with exactly what you need.
Next time, before going after the chips, candy or donuts, try fruits and veggies instead. It will satisfy you, I promise!
